The B.E.E. Program

The B.E.E. Program is the foundation of D.O.I.T. Community Development Corporation’s training program. B.E.E. stands for Building Economic Empowerment. It is an eight-week training curriculum of combined classroom instruction and on-site training. The training courses provide an emphasis on academic and job readiness, reduction of school suspension, dependency prevention, unwed births, tutorial programs and accessibility to services with our program partners. These opportunities allow graduates to bring their visions to reality while they learn marketable skills in the construction field.

We welcome other small business owners in industry trades such as painters, plumbers, electrical, drywall, etc. to connect with D.O.I.T. Community Development Corporation to mentor youth.
